So I’ve written a book about kitchens. It took a flipping long time.
For most of the twenty-five years I’ve been selling kitchens, I’ve been surprised that there was no comprehensive guide to designing, selling and buying them for the UK. Publishers have told me since that the subject is too niche: they can’t expect to sell many through bookshops and supermarkets.
After a decade or so at MFI, I decided I knew enough to write one myself – even if at the time there was no clear route to publication.
I worked on it on and off for years, writing and rewriting as I learned still more and as things changed. When I hadn’t made any amendments for about a year, I decided it was time to publish – and there was a way to do it now.
If you buy it, drop a review on Amazon. It helps it get noticed.
